This is the system used for course based Fieldwork & Excursions for the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Once you have logged into Sonia Online, your School homepage will become active. From here you can access information relating to your Fieldwork and Excursions including:

• trip details;
• forms and mandatory requirements;
• reminders and important dates;
• electronic forms;
• uploading and viewing Fieldwork & Excursion documentation.

COVID-19 Infection and Exposure

Students are required to report any COVID infection and exposure that will impact attendance for clinical placement, clinical laboratory or class. Please complete the self-selectable WIL COVID-19 Reporting form available under the Forms tab, once you have logged into Sonia Online.

All Students

The Student Placement Agreement (SPA) consists of a mandatory electronic form completed in your Sonia Online account before you participate in Fieldwork or Excursions. You are required to complete the Placement Disclosure Statement (Disclosing Health Conditions) only.
